Jig, Real and Polka...

We have now started our new topic on Mini beasts.  The children have designed their own creatures using some of the features of minibeasts. If any of you see some minibeasts in your garden or when you are out we would love to hear about it in class.

In maths we have tried to strengthen our knowledge on division and multiplication.

On Friday we were lucky enough to have Callum's Mum and Dad play Irish music to the whole school. We would like to say a massive thank you, everybody was moving to the music and we learnt some interesting facts. For example, did you know that in Ireland when people come together and play music they don't follow any music sheets, they all just play along and make up their own songs. Can anyone remember any other facts that we found out?

Just a reminder that we are going to the Watercress farm on Tuesday. The children must have waterproofs and wellies in plastic bags, hopefully the weather may brighten up.
