Hello everyone! We hope you have had a super weekend and enjoyed some of the sunshine.
This week in Year 1 has been AMAZING! All children have made the Year 1 team so proud.
In Maths we have been looking at numbers to 10. We have been sorting objects into groups, recognising numbers to 10 and representing numbers. We have done lots of hands on learning. In English we have looked at the book Cave Baby. Children have been creating cave paintings and writing labels for animals. In Science we have started to look at animal groups and enjoyed some outdoor learning.
On Monday we enjoyed an extreme bike show. Children loved watching all of the tricks!
Thank you to those who attended the Parent Information Session. Mr Spracklen has sent an email of the recording for those who could not attend.
Tomorrow we have individuals photos and a whole school one. Please send in children looking ready for these!
