Hello everyone! We hope you have had a super weekend. Last week in Year 1 was so much fun!
We were visited by Thomas the Gorilla who taught us all about the sadness that is happening to the rainforests and what we can do to help. Children absolutely loved meeting Thomas!
In Maths we have been doing Maths assessments which will be shared with you at your parent consultation evening. In English we have been continuing with our book 'The Comet', this is a beautiful book that looks at the magic of moving home and the greatest you can find within this. In Science we continued to look at materials.
Tomorrow is the start of our children's mental health week where we will be looking at a range of resources over the week.
