Lovely few days!

To continue on our Harvest theme this week, yesterday afternoon we have been tasting cheese and learning how it is made! Their reactions were priceless and I think some children learnt to like a new cheese! Here are some pictures for you:

Yesterday we had Praise Assembly and the Year 1 Team decided to give the whole class a massive praise and add another bit to our whole class reward system (Mr Potato Head!). This is because the whole class were fantastic on Tuesday when unfortunately we had to miss our farm trip.

Additionally, all week the whole class have been showing how they can be our caterpillars! Especially co-operative caterpillar as we have seen the whole class working so well as a team and supporting each other’s learning.

I hope you enjoyed the Harvest Celebration this morning. I could tell the children had a wonderful time and we certainly enjoyed it! I hope you also enjoy some delicious baked goods in the Harvest Café this afternoon and I hope you had a chance to look at your children’s wonderful artwork.
