Another great week!

The children have had a great couple of days focusing on our Maths learning. We have continued to partition numbers in to tens and ones as well as use vocabulary related to more, less, most, least and equal. We used Charlie Crocodile (who likes to eat the biggest number) to compare two numbers together. Can your child compare two numbers?

In Music, we continued with the 'Animal Boogie' story introducing musical instruments to represent the animals in the story. The children had to work in groups and focus on pulse and dynamics. Can your child remember what pulse and dynamics are?

On Friday morning the children had a fantastic time running the daily mile with local firemen and also got to see the fire engine and hear the sirens! How many laps did your child run?

I hope you all found the letter regarding the Eco - week home learning. The children really enjoyed listening to 'The Bean Machine' story and had some wonderful ideas for their own recycling machines.  I can't wait to see their ideas come to life. Can your child tell you about Jack and the Bean Machine?

This weeks class Dojo went to Isaac for his super contribution and attitude to learning - well done!

I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
