Getting really wild!

What an exciting couple of days.

We have been learning more about the types of diets animals have and whether they would be a carnivore, herbivore or omnivore? Can you find an example of each classification?

We had two exciting visitors, the children were very intrigued and very brave stroking the lizards. Can your child tell you a fact about the Bearded Dragon or the Leopard Gecko?

This is Steve the Bearded Dragon!

In Maths we have been partitioning numbers in to tens (T) and ones (O) using deans blocks or Numicon to help us. Can your child tell you have many tens and ones are in 36? Can they tell you about your house number?

In music we started a song book called Animal Boogie, the children looked at pitch, dynamics, pulse and rhythm as well as making up a new verse in a small group.
