What a fantastic trip!

Everyone in Year 1 would like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone at the Watercress farm today, especially Tom (Jacks dad), James, Bob and the ladies from the Bat rehabilitation centre. We all had a brilliant time and have learnt so much.

Although it was very wet we all still participated. We split into groups and spoke about and got to bunch up some watercress. I hope that you all had a chance to sample some of the watercress today.

 The other group got to go with Bob to see how they control pests. This was fantastic and the children loved to see all of the birds.

After a spot of lunch we had a talk by two ladies from the Bat rehabilitation centre.
