Hello everyone,
We've had a great couple of days so far, getting stuck in to this years Science Week! Some pictures of what year 1 have been up to...
On Monday we started by learning about Taxonomy with Mr. Stentiford! Some very inquisitive children with some great questions!
Then on Monday afternoon we had another input from the Dorset Waste Partnership! You may recognise the face...
Then, to end the day on Monday, we used the houses that we had made for our topic and made our own mini version of London. Then we started our own Great Fire! A video is available on the school Facebook page!
Today was the day we went on a local area litter pick! We went across the road to the park and up the path by the side of the school and it was surprising how much rubbish we found lying around!
Who knows what the rest of the week will bring! A final reminder that we will be opening our doors from 3pm tomorrow to welcome you all in to our bakery!
